On a lovely evening surrounded by the natural beauty of golden Gingko trees lining the walkway to the chapel at St. Joseph. Slowly filled up with long time and new friends of the Brothers and St. Joseph’s gathered to hear a Christmas Concert and the inauguration of a newly donated Roland C330 organ. The musical concert a constellation of voice and organ joyously filled the magnificent chapel at St. Joseph.

Br. Peter Gelfer, O.H. raised the funds for the newly donated organ.  He welcomed those who came to the concert and thanked the donors who wished their deceased loved ones to be remembered. They were, Captain Gilbert H. Boreman, USMC and his service to our Nation from his daughter Gail Boreman Bird of Oxnard, CA. Edward N. Her daughter Carol Randolph-Lamb is a member of the Pacific Shores Philharmonic Foundation and helped Bro. Peter bring the Christmas Concert to St. Joseph’s as a way of welcoming people of the Ojai Valley to see the new renovations in progress for future assisted living and to inaugurate the new chapel organ.
